I am planning on a delicious Pomodoro sauce
which is simple tomato sauce that tastes
super fresh and flavorful....
I like to add red pepper flakes and fresh basil....
but in today's post...we are going to start with dessert....

In a bowl, beat the softened mascarpone cheese, 2 T. confectioners sugar,
cocoa and espresso powder until smooth.
Whip the cream with confectioners sugar and vanilla until stiff
peaks form.
Fold most all the whipped cream, reserving some for topping,
with the cheese mixture.
Divide the tiramisu dip into small bowls or glasses and top each
with a dollop of whipped cream dusted with cocoa powder.
Serve with Lady Fingers and Vanilla Wafers
This is so creamy and billowy...a small bite of heaven....

ReplyDeleteYou really are the Martha Stewart of Texas. Your family will be so blessed to visit you next month! Look forward to reading about their visit in future blogs !
ReplyDeleteOh Betsy.....I could eat that whole platter of pasta right now! My hubs doesn't like pasta so I NEVER cook it for him..but when the girlfriends come over, that's always my first dish to prepare. When I'm alone, I always make a big bowl of pasta and just butter or even spaghetti and red sauce just like yours! My mouth is watering just thinking about it! So happy for you that your GA family is coming....I know you're having a blast preparing for it!
