FALL COFFEE BREAK

This is a luxury........

After years of working,
it is a true luxury to have an afternoon coffee break.....

Pull out a favorite fall mug and sip on your
favorite fall coffee flavor......

It's a great time to pour over the best of autumn recipes
and plan what you will want to try new......

Perhaps a crisp or a cobbler.....
enjoy the season's quiet moments.....

  1. I don't drink coffee, but make it a cup of tea and I'm right there with you. I'm looking at recipes to try also.

  2. I've been home since my first was born, and I rarely take an afternoon break. I should make it a daily occurrence for us all! A nice drink and treat and some conversation!

  4. Betsy, When I lived in town and my neighbor lady retired, I got her a double sized coffee mug. I told her she could relax long enough to drink that much coffee . That beautiful lady has passed on now. I miss having coffee with my friend. It is nice to be able to enjoy a hot coffee with the cooler temperatures coming in this week. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

    1. What a lovely memory Susie..I am so happy you shared that today. My mother often had coffee in the kitchen with her close friends that dropped by for a chat...wish everyone still could enjoy that....warm hugs to you today!

  6. So glad to hear that someone else thinks their coffee tastes better in a favorite mug!!! And my gal pals and I often send each other special cups so we can drink coffee together with matching mugs even tho we live one million states away from each other!! And when we travel together, our souvenir is always a matching mug! Crazy how we can make drinking a cup of coffee so sentimental, eh??!
