DEB'S BLUEBERRY MINI -CAKES




Let's begin March with a classic Blueberry Mini-Cake!


One of my favorite bloggers is Deb, from Just Cats. I have always referred to Deb as “an angel on earth”, as she opens her heart and arms to many poor animals that need love and a warm spot to curl up from the cold. She cares for cats while their owners are away from home. She shares the antics of her beloved Annie and Audrey.

She takes amazing photos of birds and wildlife that she shares on her lovely blog. I always leave her blog with a giggle and a smile! When Mae was experiencing her initial seizure episode Deb is the person I reached out to. We do share a big love for our cats! She is indeed a blessing in life! Now it turns out Deb is also an amazing baker! I discovered her blueberry cake yesterday and it is SO delicious, I decided to feature her recipe on Estelle’s today! Y’all mark this one down….it’s a keeper!!!
