Frances first joined the bridge club when she was ten years of age. One day when her little friends were meeting for a child's bridge luncheon and her mother was late coming home, Frances went into the kitchen and found leftover jello salad, which she cut and served to her friends with saltine crackers. Her mother was horrified when she came home to find that Frances had served inappropriate food for a bridge luncheon. In fact, she nearly fainted straight away.....
BRIDGE LUNCHEON FROZEN FRUIT SALAD
2 (3-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup whipped cream, you can use Cool Whip
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1 (6 ounce) jar of cherries, diced
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1/2 cup fresh blueberries or peaches, fresh
I love this!!! I thought I was the only one who like Jello with saltine crackers!
