First let me say....."You will love this cake!"
What goes better with a glass of wine during the cocktail hour,
than cheese, crackers and chocolate cake?
HERSHEY'S COCOA BUNDT CAKE
1 2/3 cups cake flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 small box French vanilla instant pudding
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 t. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray Bundt pan with cooking spray.
In large mixing bowl, sift the dry ingredients.
In a large measuring cup, beat the eggs; add the rest of the wet ingredients.
While beating on low speed, blend the wet ingredient into the dry. Beat mixture on high for 3 minutes.
Pour cake batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 5-10 minutes. Remove to serving platter.
Looks like you are having a good visit in a nice area. I like how the dog is looking over it's shoulder. LOL. That cake looks very good. Hey, that would be good with ice cream and coffee too. Blessings to you and yours, xoxo,Susie
