SEMI-HOMEMADE BLUEBERRY MUFFINS....ANTICPATION OF MERRIMENT!

The Divine Miss M: 

"Hey! What are you doing?"

Me: 

"Having coffee and making blueberry muffins!"

The Divine Miss M:

"Mother! It's only 8:00 in the morning....

I wish I was at your house...."

Me:

"When I visit you next month,

I promise I will make you some

for breakfast.".

(spoken like a true Mother, right?)

I could not wait to try out my new muffin baking pan.....

I decided to try something a little different....

I had already used the little can of blueberries that comes with

the Betty Crocker mix, so I thought why not use

some of those marvelous FRESH blueberries I bought yesterday at Sprout's!

Oh honey baby.....marvelous......

You just mix according to the package directions...3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup oil, and 2 eggs!

Fold in fresh blueberries....

Sprinkle the tops with sugar and cinnamon!

You know you want one........
