BELL'S BEST BANANA NUT BREAD.....A TASTE OF MISSISSIPPI

Everyone has their favorite......banana nut bread recipe, that is!
Often times, Miss M will call me and say
"I have bananas I need to use, so which recipe do you normally use?"

It's an easy enough question to answer.
My worn old copy of tried and true recipes
from Bell's Best!

Miss Judy and I both bought our copies years ago....I mean years!
This cookbook was compilied by
The Telephone Pioneers of America
Mississippi Chapter No.36
1981

Remember landline telephones?
Many Bell telephone employees, both active and retired
shared their favorite family recipes for this book.
There were also so many submitted
that they published a No. two and No. three edition.
But the original remains my favorite and it's well used!

There are TEN banana bread recipes in this edition, but this one is my go-to!
There was actually a "typing staff" that complied all the recipes.
Can you imagine that?
