HOSPITALITY FRUIT SALAD
2 apples, washed, and chopped, do no peel
2 cups grapes
1 cup fresh strawberies, quartered
1 cup fresh pineapple
14 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup light mayo
3 T. honey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 t. lemon zest
1/2 t. cinnamon
Prepare the fruit in a small mixing bowl. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, mayo, honey, lemon juice and zest. Blend gently. When ready to serve, blend the fruit with the yogurt mixture and serve, sprinkled with cinnamon.
